Aidan joined the New Jersey Green Bank in October 2025 as a Associate, Investments, where he supports the development and implementation of programs that expand access to clean energy financing across the state. Prior to joining NJGB, Aidan served as Senior Manager of Capital Markets and Fund Management at PosiGen, where he supported the origination and portfolio management of project-level tax equity and debt financings for the company’s residential renewable energy portfolio serving low- to moderate-income communities.

Previously, Aidan worked with the New York Green Bank conducting financial diligence for sustainable infrastructure investments and held multiple roles at Sungage Financial, where he advanced residential solar financing initiatives through strategic analysis. Aidan holds an MBA in Social Impact from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BA in Environmental Studies from Franklin & Marshall College.
