SCOTT LECHKY
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Scott Lechky currently serves as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Green Bank (“NJGB”). In this role, Scott is responsible for leading an organization whose purpose is to make equity investments, provide credit enhancements, and offer loans or other financial assistance to attract private capital that enables the State of New Jersey to reach its clean energy objectives.
Prior to joining the NJGB, Scott was the Founder and Managing Partner of Andelis Infrastructure Partners (“Andelis”), a FINRA-registered broker dealer and investment management firm focused on advising clients and investing in early-stage opportunities in the energy transition sector. He has over two decades of experience in energy and energy infrastructure investing, investment banking, energy project development, and corporate and project finance, and has participated in power, energy, and infrastructure transactions totaling over $60 billion.
Prior to launching Andelis, Scott was the Chief Financial Officer of OYA Solar, a community solar developer, where he successfully raised over $120 million to fund the company’s development and construction activities and placed 38 MW of projects into operations in New York. Prior to OYA Solar, Scott was a Director at Antarctica Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for the origination of opportunities in the North American power and energy infrastructure sector. In this role he successfully advanced the firm’s investment thesis focused on thermal and renewable power generation and developed a pipeline of power generation opportunities in excess of 3,500 MW. Prior to Antarctica, Scott worked for Credit Suisse in the Power and Utilities Investment Banking Group based in New York, focused on strategic advisory and financing transactions in the regulated utility, power generation and transmission, and renewables sectors. He has also held similar investment banking roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays, and was a member of the Infrastructure Investing team at Alberta Investment Management Corp. (“AIMCo”), a Canadian pension plan, responsible for over $2 billion allocated to investments in energy, transportation, and telecommunications infrastructure globally.
Scott holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with majors in Accounting and Analytical Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance from the University of Alberta. He is also a CFA charterholder.
